Knitting yarn spun from your own wool
I take great pride in spinning yarn in small batches from your own wool. I have 16 years experience of hand spinning. Production is intentionally slow, I endeavour to help traditional skills to thrive and maintain quality over quantity.
No order is too small. You have a pet flock of rare breed sheep? Great. One sheep? Absolutely fine. One long-haired dog? Yep, I've spun that!
The yarns I can produce from your wool will depend on a few factors, but unless the fleeces are totally matted together or are so full of vegetable matter that they can't be cleaned, there's a very good chance it can be spun into a fine yarn. Perhaps there's a breed of sheep whose wool can't be spun, but I haven't found it yet.
